Last night I attended a balloon glow! For those who don't know what that is, they wait until dark, and light up a bunch of hot air balloons. This year, the balloons lit the way around our local museum
They were only up for an hour because of the wind, but it was a fun little break from all the homework

I love balloon festivals! Ours were always in the daytime because night came too late in Wisconsin summers, but they're so pretty. And just amazing, how different it feels in person compared to from photos.
I've been to balloon festivals during the day, but never seen a balloon glow at night. How beautiful!

Amanda - I know! You don't get the constant chatting between people, and kids running around. Photos definitely do events like that justice

Juju - Yes, long sleeves. I actually ended up wearing a fleece for the hour I was out there. It's nice now, but in a month or two it's going to get really cold...which isn't all that fun.
Katie - Thanks! It was awesome in person. Lots of people chatting, and lots of families around. It was actually really fun.
